9kboss Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Player," "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 9kboss platform in any capacity.

To register and use the 9kboss platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

9kboss reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 9kboss may result in account suspension pending verification.

Each eligible individual may register only one (1) account on the 9kboss platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your 9kboss account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued identification document
• A valid and active email address to which you have exclusive access
• A valid Philippine mobile number registered in your name
• Your date of birth, confirming you are 21 years of age or older
• Your current residential address in the Philippines

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. Any changes to your personal details must be updated promptly through your account settings or by contacting 9kboss support. 9kboss reserves the right to suspend accounts where inaccurate or misleading information has been provided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 9kboss will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

All financial transactions on the 9kboss platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). 9kboss does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• GCash — instant deposit processing
• PayMaya (Maya) — instant deposit processing
• BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands) — subject to standard bank processing times
• BDO (Banco de Oro) — subject to standard bank processing times
• Metrobank — subject to standard bank processing times
• UnionBank — subject to standard bank processing times

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method used and your account verification status. 9kboss reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time.

All funds deposited into your 9kboss account must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. 9kboss reserves the right to return deposits and suspend accounts where third-party funding is detected.

9kboss does not charge fees for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside 9kboss's control. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider.

Players may request withdrawal of their available account balance (excluding any Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed the KYC identity verification process before your first withdrawal will be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name. 9kboss does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Withdrawals via GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval during standard operating hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are subject to standard interbank processing times, which may take up to one (1) business day.
• 9kboss reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to withdrawal requests at its discretion, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected.

9kboss reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending the outcome of any investigation into suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, 9kboss will notify the affected Player and provide a reasonable timeframe for resolution.

9kboss may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to registered Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement for all bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. Specific promotions may carry different wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated in the promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements within the validity period will be forfeited without compensation.
• Only one bonus may be active in a Player's account at any given time, unless otherwise specified by 9kboss.

Players who have not made a qualifying deposit within the period specified for a welcome bonus offer will not be eligible to claim that offer. Bonus eligibility criteria are determined solely by 9kboss and are final.

All games available on the 9kboss platform — including slots, live dealer games, crash games, bingo, fishing games, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers.

• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers through low-risk wagering strategies, collusion, or the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times.
• Money Laundering: Using the 9kboss platform to launder money or conduct any financial transaction that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or e-wallet provider in relation to deposits made to your 9kboss account.

9kboss employs fraud detection systems that monitor account activity for indicators of prohibited conduct. Detection of any prohibited conduct will trigger an immediate investigation, during which the affected account may be suspended and funds withheld pending the outcome.

All content on the 9kboss platform — including but not limited to the 9kboss name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the exclusive property of 9kboss or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 9kboss platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the 9kboss platform without prior written consent
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on 9kboss content

• Loss of data or account information
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to technical maintenance, server downtime, or force majeure events
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct
• Creation or operation of multiple accounts
• Failure to meet or maintain eligibility requirements, including the 21+ age requirement
• Suspected bonus abuse or exploitation of software errors
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Receipt of a valid legal order or regulatory directive requiring account closure
• A Player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure

Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, 9kboss reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings held in the account. Real-money funds deposited by the Player (excluding any amounts subject to forfeiture under these Terms) will be returned to the Player via the original payment method used for deposit, subject to applicable verification requirements.
